Framework

One methodology. One standard of accountability.

Regent Intel operates under an ESRM-aligned methodology governed by three sets of professional standards — security, intelligence, and documentation — applied individually and simultaneously to every engagement.

The Methodology

Security as a business function. Intelligence and security running together.

The methodology that governs Regent Intel was developed from direct operational experience across high-threat domestic and international environments and aligned to the ESRM lifecycle. Every engagement follows the same cycle: identify and prioritize assets, identify and prioritize risks, mitigate those risks through calibrated security measures, and continuously improve through ongoing intelligence collection and program review.

Intelligence and security run concurrently. The analyst and the operator work from the same picture, under the same command, at the same time. Neither function waits for the other. A TSCM sweep, a travel security briefing, and a full protective intelligence program are expressions of the same doctrine applied at different scales.

Discipline One
Physical Security
The risk mitigation layer — executive protection, travel security, site security, calibrated to what the intelligence shows.
Discipline Two
Intelligence
The risk identification and continuous improvement engine — collection, threat analysis, OSINT, TSCM, and due diligence running alongside every engagement.
Discipline Three
Documentation
The governance and transparency layer — evidentiary standards, governance-grade reporting, every action documented, every decision auditable.
Practitioner Provenance

Built at the intersection of five disciplines.

Practitioners operating within Regent Intel programs are drawn from OGA programs, Army intelligence, special operations, federal financial investigations, and federal law enforcement. The integration of those disciplines is what the methodology reflects. Prior credentials do not exempt anyone from the firm's internal validation process. The standard applies consistently, to everyone, on every engagement.
